How We Keep Your Conversations Safe

An honest, plain-English breakdown of how we handle your data.

✅ What We Store

Hashed phone number

A scrambled version of your phone number, used to identify your account. We can't turn it back into your actual number.

Hashed connection key

Same idea — we store a scrambled version to verify it's correct, but we can't see the actual key.

Usage counts

How many messages you've sent and received today and in total. Just numbers, no details about the messages.

Credits balance

How many credits you have left. That's it.

Security PIN (if you set one)

If you choose to set a PIN, we store it securely so we can verify it when your agent asks.

🚫 What We DON'T Store

Your messages

Messages pass through our system and disappear immediately. We never log, save, or read them.

Your actual phone number

We only store a scrambled version. We literally can't look up your real number — it's a one-way process.

Conversation history

There is no "message history" feature. We have no way to show you past messages because we don't have them.

📌 Security PIN

For extra security, you can set a PIN in your dashboard. Here's how it works:

  1. 1You set a PIN in your dashboard — pick any 4–8 digit number you'll remember.
  2. 2Your agent can ask you to type your PIN before doing sensitive things — like making a purchase or changing a setting.
  3. 3We verify the PIN — your agent never sees it. We just tell your agent "yes, that's correct" or "no, it's not."

Think of it like a bank asking you to confirm a transaction. Your agent asks "please type your PIN," you text it, and we verify it behind the scenes.

⚠️ The Honest Truth About SMS

SMS is not encrypted

When you send a regular text message, it travels through your phone carrier's network without encryption. This is how ALL texting works — not just us. It's like sending a postcard instead of a sealed letter.

Someone could pretend to be you

It's technically possible (though uncommon) for someone to send a text that looks like it came from your phone number. This is called "spoofing" and it's a limitation of how phone networks work — not something specific to our service.

That's why we built the PIN feature

If your agent needs to do something important, it can ask for your PIN first. Even if someone spoofed your number, they wouldn't know your PIN. It's an extra layer of "are you really you?"

For sensitive things, use a more secure channel

SMS is great for everyday conversations, reminders, and quick questions. But don't text passwords, credit card numbers, or financial info. For high-security interactions, use Telegram or Discord with your agent instead.

📱 How Sign-In Works

We use phone number verification — no passwords, no emails.

  1. 1You enter your phone number
  2. 2We send you a 6-digit code via text
  3. 3You enter the code — that proves it's you

No password means no password to leak, forget, or get phished. Your phone IS your login.

🤔 What Does "Hashed" Mean?

Think of it like a paper shredder that always shreds the same document into the same confetti pattern.

Your phone number:
(555) 123-4567
What we store:
a3f2b8c9d4e5f6a7b8c9d0e1f2a3b4c5

We can check "does this phone number match what we have?" by running it through the same process. But we can't go backwards from the scrambled code to your phone number. It's a one-way street.
